On January 9th, 2025, the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHF&G) bestowed upon on the AVSAR Team the annual Search And Rescue Award of Excellence for 2023. To say we’re honored by and grateful for this recognition is an absolute understatement. One might think that we do what we do for the various awards we receive, but we’re here for the people whose lives we save and the closure we bring. This is our mission. The awards are merely a by-product of our dedication to save lives and lessen suffering. To the NHF&G… we thank you!
